USPS delivered to wrong city MyFigureCollection.net

Over the weekend, I found out that USPS delivered to the wrong city.

You see, I got the pink notice that they would leave if no one is at home on Friday the 13th. The notice said to go pick it up on Saturday at 10am, so that's what I did the next day on the 14th. I get there at 10:30, just to find out that they are redelivering (which is odd because I did not request it), and I come back home that night only to find out that I still don't have the package. I did the tracking just to make sure where it was, and it was delivered to the wrong city!

I called USPS already, and they sounded somewhat concerned about it. They said they'll call me back as they will try to retrieve my package.

My question is that should I contact the seller? I bought these figures from HobbyLink Japan, so I was wondering if I should file a claim, contact HLJ, etc. How should I go about this?

This is really frustrating, like seriously, USPS. WRONG. CITY. Ugh.
